The City of refuge is a church in constant evolution, for the glory of God. And this evolution requires the body to create methodologies for that growth happens in a healthy way and ordered.

ALL WORKERS, SINGERS, DEACONS, MISSIONARIES, PRIESTS AND PASTORS COMING FROM OTHER DENOMINATIONS WILL ONLY BE RECOGNIZED AS SUCH IN THE CITY OF REFUGE BY MEANS OF LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION
We understand that there is no better person to advise a worker of the pastor who took care of that worker. That’s why the city of refuge only accepts or sends worker backed by a letter of recommendation from your Ministry.
ALL WORKERS WILL BE TRAINED TO EXERCISE THEIR MINISTRY
The steady growth of the Church requires that we constantly qualified workers to work in the House of God. So part of our methodology offer constant trainings within the ministries and annual training for all ecclesiastical ministry.
ALL WORKERS WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED ECCLESIASTICAL MEMBERS AFTER BEING SEPARATED, ANOINTED AND/OR RECOGNIZED BEFORE THE CHURCH
The body of Christ is sheltered for all ecclesiastical ministry. Why need to recognize along with church authorities the anointing of the workers so there is always legal in life of leadership.
